As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Office Administrator to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing operations, overseeing the sales team, building strong client relationships, and driving the development and execution of a strategic sales plan.
Office and Sales Administrator
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales strategies tailored to market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and communication to achieve team targets.
- Monitor and evaluate sales team performance using KPIs and sales metrics to track progress.
- Manage and track follow-ups with both new and returning clients, ensuring timely communication and fostering strong relationships to drive sales growth.
- Manage all forms of correspondence and communication, both inbound and outbound.
- Coordinate all the logistical and regulatory requirements for company shipments and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Coordinate all administrative functions, whilst ensuring regulatory compliance. This can include petty cash reconciliation and office management.
- Prepare, analyze and report on all role related reports .
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Bachelor of commerce in sales and marketing, Public relations or any other social sciences)
- Proven experience in office administration, sales management, or client relations (preferably in the medical or ophthalmic industry).
- Proven Leadership abilities demonstrated through previous supervisory or team coordination position.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical expertise
