Location: Chuka, Kenya

Our Client, a leading ISP, is looking for a dynamic Office Administrator to be the backbone of our office operations in Chuka, Kenya. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love multitasking, this role is perfect for you! 🚀
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
– Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
– Assist in HR functions, including employee records & leave management.
– Coordinate meetings, appointments, and procurement of office supplies.
– Support the finance team with invoicing, expense tracking & petty cash management.
– Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
– Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
– Provide administrative support across departments as needed.

Qualifications:
– Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
– Experience: 1-2 years in an administrative role (preferably in telecom/ISP).
– Skills: Strong organization, multitasking, and communication abilities.
– Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & office management software.
– Team Player: Ability to work independently & collaboratively.
