Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
- Assisting with general office upkeep and cleanliness.
- Preparing and distributing correspondence (typing assistance will be provided).
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Receiving and greeting visitors.
- Assisting with event planning and preparation (as needed).
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 0 – 1 year relevant work experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer skills are required for this role.
