Responsibilities include:
- Conduct pre-employment medical examinations and periodic health assessments for existing employees.
- Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Manage cases of occupational diseases and provide appropriate medical interventions.
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs.
- Conduct health risk assessments and ergonomic evaluations.
- Educate employees on health and safety practices
Requirements and skills:
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent)
- Valid medical license to practice in Uganda
- Over 3 years of experience in occupational health within the gas and oil industry
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
