Job Summary:
We are looking for certified Nurse Midwives to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our obstetric patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for patients during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum periods.
Responsibilities:
– Provide comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care to patients
– Conduct routine check-ups, health assessments, and screenings
– Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals
– Provide education and support to patients and their families on pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care
– Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
– Degree in Nurse-Midwifery or related field
– Current certification as a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) or Registered Midwife (RM)
– Valid licensure to practice as a Nurse-Midwife
– Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse-Midwife in a hospital setting
– Strong clinical skills and knowledge of obstetric care
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
