
The Nurse In Charge Administration is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring quality patient care, and supporting the strategic goals of the nursing department. Reporting directly to the Head of Nursing, this role involves supervision, resource management, policy implementation, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
BSN/KRCHN from a recognized institution.
- Registration certificate from the Nursing Council of Kenya.
- Valid practising license from the Nursing Council of Kenya
- Must have worked for a minimum period of three (3) years in Nursing leadership.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Valid ACLS/ BLS certificate.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare policies, nursing standards, and hospital operations.
- Ability to handle crisis situations and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
