Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
At least 30 years of age
Minimum of 7 years of experience in an IT support role Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, routers, and access points
Experience with email server management
Proficiency in LAN network administration and troubleshooting
Independent installation, setup and maintenance of CCTV
Technical knowledge in servers and backup
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and fully hand-on
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Maintain and upgrade computer systems, networks, and servers
Install and configure software applications
Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems
Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning
Monitor network performance and identify potential issues
Collaborate with other departments to support their IT needs
