Key Responsibilities of the Position are:
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct and customer is satisfied. §Loading, transporting and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from Clients.
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Preparing reports and other documentation relating to deliveries.
- Operating equipment and machines, such as Motorcycle, cars.
- Self-driven , Honest ,and Independent.
- Cultivate and deepen Business relationship with Clients to add value to their business.
- Any tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Secondary School Education with a Valid driving license for Motorcycles and Cars.
- Clean driving record
- Familiarity with Dar es salaam streets, neighborhoods and routes
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Good attitude and interpersonal skill
- Ability to load and unload items
