Job Title: Mining Engineer – Trainee
Location: Kaduna
Responsibilities
Our successful candidates will in this role, be responsible for the following:
- Coordinate the operation of mining activities as per the Mines plan in a safe and efficient manner,
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Section Head, Mines from time to time.
- Upkeep of statutory records
- Assit in coordination of blasting activities in a safe manner.
- Mine planning and information system.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, B.Eng / HND in Mining or other related field.
- Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year relevant experience in the operation of mechanized Mines.
- Must be proficient with MS Office.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work in a team.
- Candidates living in close proximity to Kaduna State and its environs are preferred.
- Must be available to resume immediately.
