We are looking for a creative and experienced Media Strategist to lead our media efforts across the company and its subsidiaries. This role requires a visionary thinker who can adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and leverage innovative strategies to reach target audiences effectively.
Job Description
1. Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive growth.
2. Conduct research to identify target audiences and market trends.
3. Collaborate with the graphic designer, in-house photographers, and videographers to create compelling visual content that achieves business objectives.
4. Develop comprehensive media plans aligned with the company’s vision.
5. Responsible for creating and distributing content across various social media and other channels.
6. Focus on maintaining and enhancing the organization’s reputation and image.
7. Responsible for managing media relations, responding to media inquiries, and crafting press release.
8. Building and maintaining relationships with media representatives, stakeholders, and the public.
9. Analyze media performance, and optimize content for better engagement.
10. Manage media budgets, negotiate rates, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
12. Monitor performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in media strategy or digital marketing.
3. Proven track record of successful media campaign execution.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interprete data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
6. Proficiency in media planning tools and social media platforms.
7. Creative mindset with a passion for sports and entertainment.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
