Job Summary
- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing land acquisition and leasing strategies in alignment with the company’s strategic plan.
- This role involves conducting business negotiations, performing due diligence on landowners, managing contract processes, and ensuring the successful acquisition of land.
- The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in leasing or sales, and the ability to conduct market research and planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfill land-purchase or land-lease tasks within the stipulated period as per the company’s strategic plan.
- Conduct business negotiations, background investigations, and information verification based on landowner details provided by the Land Department.
- Compile and report the results of negotiations, collate data, track contract signing, and ensure land acquisition is completed.
- Archive and manage all documentation and reports efficiently.
- Adapt to frequent field investigations to assess potential land acquisition opportunities.
- Leverage expertise in finance, economics, real estate, and urban planning to support strategic decision-making.
- Utilize leasing or sales experience to support negotiation and transaction processes.
- Maintain excellent communication and coordination skills to facilitate smooth negotiations. Conduct market research, proposal planning, and contract negotiation to identify land acquisition opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, Urban Planning, or a related field with 5+ years of experience.
- High efficiency in document management and reporting.
- Willingness to travel frequently for field investigations.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and project analysis.
- Resumption: Immediate.
Salary
N200,000 – N400,000 monthly.
