Role Overview:
As a Marketing Intern, you will support our outbound and inbound marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, generate leads and overall increase our sales conversion rates. This role offers hands-on experience in various marketing activities, from campaign planning to execution, and provides a great opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Marketing:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, sms and direct marketing.
- Participate in organizing events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote our products.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and gather insights on customer needs and competitor activities.
- Inbound Marketing:
- Seeking a dynamic and creative marketing intern who will contribute to crafting compelling content and strategies that resonate with both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Create and manage comprehensive content calendars that align with marketing strategies and business goals.
- Craft compelling post captions and hashtags that align with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
- Assist in optimizing website content for SEO to improve online visibility.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Support the development of lead generation strategies, including content offers, landing pages, and email workflows
What Success Looks Like:
- Enhanced Brand Visibility: Increased brand visibility and engagement across social media platforms and offline.
- Customer journey online: Improve the customer journey of our clients who engage with us on our online platform by creating landing pages to enhance user experience.
- Optimized Content Strategy: Improved content performance and audience engagement with thorough content creation, hashtag research and strategic planning.
- Consistent Brand Messaging: Maintain high standards and brand consistency in all social media content and our offline marketing contents ie designing branding items for our distributors and stockiest .
- Successful Campaigns: Which generate credible leads and boost our overall conversion rates.
- Market positioning: Aid in the positioning of our two brands in the market as per the 4 Ps of marketing
- Events: Identify events and platforms that will enhance our brand visibility in the market and also organize forums for Seven Twenty Holdings to engage with key stakeholders
- Competitor analysis: Conduct a research to establish our market share against our competitors for the two brands
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation- graphic design, photography & videography.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere is a plus
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media management, email marketing, sms and web analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic about learning and applying marketing strategies in a real-world setting.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
