Job Title: Marketing Intern – Creative Design and Content Development

Description:
The Marketing Intern specializing in Content Development and Design will play a key role in creating
compelling and visually appealing content to enhance our brand presence. This position involves
working closely with the Marketing and People & Culture teams to develop engaging materials for
various channels, including digital platforms, social media, internal communication and print.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
● Develop creative and engaging written and visual content for marketing campaigns, social
media, blog posts, and other promotional materials.
● Collaborate with the Marketing and People & Culture teams to ensure content aligns with the
overall brand strategy and messaging.
Graphic Design:
● Utilize design tools to create visually appealing graphics, images, and layouts for online and
offline marketing materials.
● Ensure consistency in design elements across all platforms and materials.
Market Research:
● Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to contribute
insights for content development.
Collaboration:
● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure
cohesive and effective communication strategies.
Content Editing:
● Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Analytics and Reporting:
● Monitor and analyze the performance of content across various channels.
● Provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on performance metrics.
Requirements:
● Should have recently graduated from a recognized university with a degree in Marketing,
Communications, Design, or related field. Certification may be considered.
● Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
● Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
● Photography, videography and content editing skills.
● Understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements.
● Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
