Job Overview:
KOCH Properties is seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This is an onsite, full-time position located on Riverside Drive. The selected candidate will play a key role in promoting our brand, driving property sales, and increasing customer engagement. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and executing effective marketing strategies, working closely with the sales team, and managing online and offline marketing campaigns to boost our presence in the competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company’s goals.
- Identify target audiences and devise marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and property sales.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using key metrics, and optimise strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Content Creation:
- Develop compelling and relevant marketing content including brochures, blogs, newsletters, videos, and social media posts.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.
- Digital Marketing:
- Manage the company’s digital presence, including website updates, social media accounts, and online property listings.
- Use SEO best practices to optimise online content for visibility and search engine rankings.
- Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate and nurture leads through digital channels and offline events.
- Support the sales team by providing insights into marketing campaigns and potential client leads.
- Event Planning & Management:
- Organise and manage promotional events, including property launches, open house tours, and client networking events.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to ensure successful event execution.
- Market Research:
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the real estate market.
- Use insights to adjust marketing strategies and propose new initiatives.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Monitor public perception of the brand and implement reputation management strategies as needed.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are executed within financial constraints.
- Provide regular reports on the return on investment (ROI) of various marketing initiatives.
- Collaborations:
- Work closely with the sales, property management, and development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader business objectives.
- Foster relationships with real estate agents, media outlets, and industry influencers to amplify brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the real estate industry or a related sector.
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and online marketing trends.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to propose new ideas and strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with marketing software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- High level of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with real estate marketing.
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies and sales funnels.
- Graphic design or basic video editing skills.
- Experience using marketing automation tools.
