Job Summary:

Dive Marketing Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching to clients, procuring advertising revenue, and meeting set targets. With a strong background in agency or mainstream media environments, the Marketing Executive will leverage their expertise to develop compelling proposals, manage digital campaigns, and drive client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present comprehensive marketing proposals to secure new business opportunities and expand client relationships.
  • Pitch to clients effectively, showcasing the company’s value propositions to secure advertising revenue and meet revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities for proposal development and campaign optimization.
  • Create persuasive sales and marketing presentations that drive client engagement and conversion.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation to ensure seamless workflow and team collaboration.
  • Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Provide administrative support, such as data entry, scheduling, and event coordination, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role in an agency or mainstream media environment. Agency personnel is highly prefered.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets and securing advertising deals.
  • Strong pitching and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and close deals.
  • Proficiency in creating marketing proposals, presentations, and collateral.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of market research tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) is a plus.
  • Experience in Managing digital marketing campaigns, including performance marketing, social media advertising, and programmatic ads, ensuring optimal ROI is ADDED VALUE.
  • A University degree from a recognized instituton, CIM qualification is added value.
