Marketing Executive

HFC Limited, the banking and property finance subsidiary of HF Group, has an exciting opportunity in our Marketing Department. We are seeking a talented, dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented individual who is committed to performance, excellence, and participating in our growth strategy.

The role holder is responsible for day-to-day execution of tactical brand, product and service initiatives, planning marketing events and product launches as well as providing administrative support to the Marketing, Corporate Affairs and Citizenship Division. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive plays a critical role in enhancing brand love, deepening customer experience and contributing towards overall business growth.

Principle Accountabilities
  • Execution of BAU brand, product & service marketing collateral/artwork design and production within agreed timelines and to desired quality.
  • Event set up and co-ordination of designated sales team activations.
  • Management of marketing department inventory with up to date inventory records and documentation of all requisitions as per agreed KPIs.
  • Branding support to ensure correct brand materials are in circulation and old materials are de-flighted.
  • Requisition fulfilment Management – timely dispatch of requested marketing collateral to the business teams, as well as dispatch of items in stock.
  • Monitoring and provision of daily brand, competitor & industry reports on print media coverage
  • Administrative support including procurement and vendor payment follow up, filing and departmental expenditure updates and electronic scanning of all departmental documents as briefed by Line Manager. 
Key Competencies and Skills

Technical Competencies

  • Basic Brand, Marketing, Communication, PR/Media, Event Management, Digital Media, Advertising, Client Account Management skills.
  • Basic understanding of creative briefing/development, BTL design and production processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital environments.
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

Academic Qualifications

  • A business-related degree in marketing, Communication, Public Relations/Media Studies, Event Management. Digital Marketing.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing or related fields is an added advantage.

Experience

  • Two years’ experience as a Brand/Marketing Executive at a corporate organization or Account Executive at an Advertising Agency.
