Job Description
- Eat ‘N’ Go Limited seeks an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead and oversee all marketing activities across its brand portfolio.
- In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing fully integrated marketing strategies, driving brand growth, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall market performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans to drive sales and brand growth.
- Lead the execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies.
- Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns that deliver maximum ROI.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, including performance appraisals and professional development.
- Manage agency relationships and ensure the timely delivery of campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide monthly reports to the CEO.
- Manage brand management strategies and collaborate with operations teams to meet business targets.
- Drive local marketing initiatives, including new store openings and local events, to maximize customer reach.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10–15 years of professional marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior brand management role within FMCG, QSR, or retail industries.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Proven experience in digital and traditional marketing, branding, and public relations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience conducting performance reviews.
- Expertise in marketing analytics, market research, and campaign performance tracking.
