7. Budget management and performance evaluation. Responsible for the preparation and management of the market budget to ensure rational allocation and effective use of resources; evaluate the effectiveness of market activities, formulate market performance indicators and conduct regular evaluations and reports.
8. Business risk control. Determine the business operation model of overseas projects, coordinate the review of business contracts for market revenue projects and formulate risk control measures.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business management, petroleum engineering and other related majors.
· More than 3 years of experience in marketing in the oil industry, more than 10 years of cumulative work experience. Those with work experience in overseas markets are preferred.
· Familiar with the local oil industry, market environment and industry competition, with excellent market analysis, planning and execution capabilities, innovative thinking and keen market insight.
· Have good team leadership, communication and coordination skills, and cross-cultural teamwork skills, and have a high sense of identity with the industry culture.
· Proficient in local language and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Able to withstand work pressure, adapt to changing market environment, and have problem-solving skills.
