
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Communications Associate to develop, execute, and manage impactful marketing and communication strategies for the company. Working closely with the Graphic Designer and the Impact Team, this individual will ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with brand objectives, while maintaining a keen understanding of graphic design and copywriting.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging digital and print materials, including newsletters, brochures, promotional emails, and POSM, in collaboration with the Graphic Designer and Impact Team.
- Creative Projects: Work with the design and public relations teams to produce impactful content such as white papers, infographics, and marketing videos.
- Brand Management: Uphold and promote brand guidelines across all communications and maintain the brand’s online persona.
- Campaign Analysis: Monitor, track, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, presenting insights to the Business Development team and management.
- Metrics and Data Analysis: Assess the effectiveness of marketing materials using metrics like conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty.
- Customer Support: Provide support to enhance customer experience through effective communication and brand engagement.
- SEO and Digital Marketing: Manage SEO efforts and oversee digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok.
- ROI Monitoring: Generate detailed reports on marketing performance and measure return on investment for campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing and Communications Associate (Minimum 24 months), with preferred experience in the FMCG or food industry.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles and copywriting techniques.
- Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with web publishing tools.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms, including paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok).
- Editorial skills with an ability to anticipate and meet audience preferences.
- Experience with SEO management and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
