Role Overview:
The Marketer at Booch will play a vital role in enhancing brand visibility, driving consumer engagement, and supporting sales efforts across various channels. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, this position requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for health and wellness beverages. This role involves working closely with the sales team, merchandisers, and the digital marketing team to promote Booch as a leading beverage and mixer.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Plan and coordinate in-store activations, pop-up events, and trade shows.
- Engage with customers through product education and live demonstrations.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to drive awareness.
Sales Support & Customer Engagement
- Work closely with the sales team to drive product adoption in retail and HORECA channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
- Foster relationships with key accounts, distributors, and stockists.
- Support promotional activities and bulk order engagements.
HORECA Engagement
- Develop and implement strategies to position Booch as a premium mixer
- Partner with bars, restaurants, and hotels
- Collaborate on co-branded marketing efforts to increase visibility and adoption of Booch in HoReCa establishments.
Collaboration with Digital Marketing Team
- Align activation strategies with online campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
- Share on-ground insights and feedback to help shape effective digital strategies and campaigns.
Activation & Merchandising
- Coordinate and manage wet sampling and activation teams.
- Ensure proper product placement and brand representation in stores.
- Monitor stock levels at retail outlets and support replenishment efforts.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Gather consumer feedback, market insights, and sales data during activations and events.
- Provide detailed reports on campaign success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years in marketing, brand promotion, or the beverage industry. Experience in the HoReCa sector or sustainability programs is a plus.
