MARKET IMPACT TEAM
12 POSITIONS – SHORT-TERM CONTRACT
This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Job Purpose: The role will be responsible for enhancing the company’s market presence by implementing and optimizing sales strategies,
promotional activities and market positioning. The team will work closely with sales, marketing and distribution teams to ensure excellent
execution in trade
Key Responsibility:
Retail execution as per RED (Right Execution Daily) requirements-25 outlets per day.
i). Ensure availability of all core brands in the outlets.
ii). Cooler merchandizing.
iii). Outlet activation-POS placement & shelf display setup.
iv). Price compliance monitoring.
• New outlets creation. Minimum of 5 outlets per day
• Reactivating slow and non-performing outlets.
• Analyze consumer trends and competitor activities to recommend adjustments in market strategy.
Undertake market surveys on distributors service levels and support the sales team cover distribution & availability gaps.
Any other sales related activities that may arise.
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or Related field.
- Ex-CBL employees are encouraged to apply.
