Manager Card Systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and maintain data processing schedules and controls to ensure timely delivery of quality assured outputs.
  • Provide first level IT training and support to users in addition to keeping track of user issues and oversee their prompt resolution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports for users, processing of incoming and outgoing files to and from schemes and any other interfaced systems.
  • Ensure 24*7 availability of the card systems as required by users
  • Keep track of systems and user related issues and attend to them promptly.
  • Continual Service Improvement by recommending and implementing upgrades or changes to the card systems and related interfaces.
  • Routine system administration and management
  • Maintain up to date system and user documentation.
  • Perform system upgrades and apply system patches promptly received from system vendors
  • Work closely with IT Security to ensure that Card systems are well secured to ensure robust and secure Digital Channels services.

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business or Engineering or a related field of study.
