Role Overview
The Management Trainee program is a comprehensive development program that will give you hands-on experience in various departments. This role is designed to offer structured training, mentorship, and on-the-job learning, preparing you for leadership roles within CIG Motors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operations within various departments, including Examples: Operations, Sales, Marketing, Human Resource, Finance.
- Work closely with department managers to gain insight into business functions and processes.
- Participate in company training sessions, workshops, and strategic meetings.
- Support team objectives and contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate across departments to foster interdepartmental communication and efficiency.

Requirements
Who You Are
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2:1
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior internship or work experience in a corporate environment is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Mindset: Ambitious, self-driven, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
- Not more than 26 years old
- Must have completed NYSC
