Management Trainee

Role Overview

The Management Trainee program is a comprehensive development program that will give you hands-on experience in various departments. This role is designed to offer structured training, mentorship, and on-the-job learning, preparing you for leadership roles within CIG Motors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day operations within various departments, including Examples: Operations, Sales, Marketing, Human Resource, Finance.
  • Work closely with department managers to gain insight into business functions and processes.
  • Participate in company training sessions, workshops, and strategic meetings.
  • Support team objectives and contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate across departments to foster interdepartmental communication and efficiency.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2:1
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior internship or work experience in a corporate environment is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Mindset: Ambitious, self-driven, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
  • Not more than 26 years old
  • Must have completed NYSC
