What are we looking for
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making within the organization. The Management Accountant will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial information and provide valuable insights for optimizing business performance.

What You Will Do
- Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.
- Ensure that preparation of financial Statements is done on time.
- Ensure audit compliance and closure on time.
- Cash flow management and budgeting.
- Ensure projects are well funded to completion.
- Track budgets Vs actual and create daily dashboard alerting management of current position
- Corporate financing and project appraisal.
- Counter checking payment and other entries made by accountants to confirm accuracy.
- Payroll checks before payments are processed.
- Training finance staff and providing accounting policy to new staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance.
- CPA – K or ACCA finalist is a must.
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar role.
- Key skills required for the role the candidate must posses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, should be proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. and should have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
