Role: Machine Learning Engineer

Role Overview
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that power our products and services.
You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate Al/ML into real-world applications, ensuring robustness, scalability, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for various applications.
- Work with large-scale datasets to train, optimize, and fine-tune models.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into production systems.
- Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in Al/ML.
- Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Implement best practices in MLOps, including model monitoring and continuous learning.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor other engineers where necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Al, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, etc.).
- Experience with data engineering tools like Spark, Kafka, or Hadoop.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in model deployment, monitoring, and scaling in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and lead ML initiatives within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
Knowledge of Al applications in fintech, tours & hospitality and related.
Familiarity with MLOps pipelines and CI/CD for machine learning.
