Role Description
This is a full-time on-site LOGBOOK LOAN OFFICER (COMMISSION BASED) role located in NAIROBI. The LOGBOOK LOAN OFFICER will be responsible for promoting and selling CAR FINANCING & LOGBOOK LOANS, interacting with customers to understand their needs, negotiating terms, and closing sales to achieve set targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Experience in financial services or related field
- Proficiency in local languages is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing is beneficial
- Previous work experience in microfinance will be an added advantage.
