Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Officer at Kawu in Kampala. The Loan Officer will be responsible for underwriting loans, providing excellent customer service, and managing loan origination processes on a day-to-day basis to support the financial needs of students and parents.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Loan Officer with expertise in underwriting
- Strong background in finance and financial services
- Customer service skills with the ability to build relationships
- Knowledge of loan origination processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Certifications in loan underwriting or finance are a plus
