Key Responsibilities:
· Provide legal advice and services to clients in a variety of practice areas.
· Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and memoranda.
· Conduct legal research and prepare well-reasoned legal opinions.
· Represent clients in court and alternative dispute resolution forums.
· Collaborate with senior lawyers to manage complex cases and client matters.
· Maintain the highest standard of professionalism and ethical practice.
Qualifications:
– A law degree from a recognized university.
– Admission to the roll of advocates in Kenya.
– At least 2 years of experience in a law firm or corporate environment.
– Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– A proactive approach to solving legal challenges.
