POSITION:

LEASING WORKSHOP COORDINATOR

REPORTS TO:

MANAGER LEASING & CORPORATE AFFAIRS

JOB PURPOSE:

The Leasing Workshop Coordinator will oversee and coordinate all lease vehicle repairs and maintenance operations in the workshop.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and coordinate leasing operations
  • Schedule vehicle inspection
  • Reduce vehicle downtime to ensure vehicles are on the road
  • Coordinate with clients for out-of-lease repairs
  • Communicate with clients to schedule appointments and provide updates on service status
  • Monitor and update repairs and mileage information

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

At a minimum, the Leasing Workshop Coordinator should have the following Skills and abilities:

  • Education and Training: This individual will be required to have at least a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance or related field.
  • Technical qualifications: experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage
  • Communication Skills: This individual will be well versed in communicating with potential clients to identify their requirements and convince them to rent a vehicle
  • Customer Service Skills: This individual will exercise appropriate customer care attitude and decorum when conducting leasing operations
  • Organizational Skills: This individual will be highly skilled in effectively organizing the operations of the leasing department to maximize profit and work efficiency.
