REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION
Diploma in medical laboratory technology from a recognized institution.
Bachelors will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a busy clinical laboratory.
SKILLS:
Proficient in laboratory procedures, including hematology, microbiology, biochemistry, and serology.
Familiar with quality control procedures and laboratory equipment maintenance.
LICENSING:
Must be registered with the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB) and hold a valid practicing license.
ATTRIBUTES:
Strong attention to detail, ability to work under minimal supervision, excellent communication and teamwork skills.
