Key Accounts Manager

As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships within the FMCG sector. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the FMCG market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the FMCG sector.
  • Understand clients’ needs and objectives to propose solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Drive sales growth through effective account management and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing, operations, and supply chain) to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on account status and sales forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant role in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics, trends, and challenges.
