Business Development Executive
The position is responsible for increasing income and revenue by managing, negotiating and meeting client’s needs, generating leads and qualifying prospects in the areas of open trainings, in-house trainings and general consultancies, among others.
Main Responsibilities of the Jobs
Managerial/Supervisory/Operational Responsibilities or Roles
- Market and sell open training, consultancies and in house trainings for the Strategic Business Unit department to both potential and existing clients.
- Initiate client/prospect meetings for new sales opportunities through booking appointments.
- Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
- Enhance relationship management for new and existing business to maintain and grow the customer base.
- Make presentations to potential clients to promote new products and special deals.
- Carry out market intelligence and giving constant feedback to the business on market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
after service delivery.
- Develop
consultancies proposals for potential assignments. - Responsible for proposal development for sourcing of business.

Human Resource Officer
The position is responsible for coordinating overall administration of the department to create a conducive working environment, data management, leave management and general cleanliness of the office.
Main Responsibilities of the Jobs
Managerial/Supervisory/Operational Responsibilities or Roles
a) Data management and profiling by entering and updating employment and status-change
data including
appointments, probation, promotions, transfers, separations, confirmation dates, end of contracts and staffing changes for all the months and preparation of related periodic reports.
- Preparation of monthly payroll and ensure that all statutory deductions reports are forwarded to finance department for payment by the 5th of every month.
- Manage all types of leave i.e. study, annual, paternity, and compassionate for the entire institution including the branches, leave schedules and leave administration for all staff.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Division; compose and type letters, memoranda, and other correspondence related to assigned human resources programs and activities; Prepare a variety of reports including technical reports and status reports pertaining to human resource management program.
- Assist in ensuring that all staff have up to date Job Descriptions and their files are neat and tidy, up to date and properly kept in safe custody.
- Perform a variety of general office support duties; make copies; maintain calendar of activities, meetings, and various events for assigned staff; Process mail including receiving, sorting, time-stamping, logging, and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages and order office supplies.
- Assist in analyzing staff needs and performance reports including appraisal, training needs analysis and genera performance of employee including Performance Improvement Plan
- Follow up with medical providers for KIM employees to ensure they are covered and issue them with medical cards.
- Assist in the development, communication and enforcement of the Institute’s policies, procedures and code of ethics to govern staff and stakeholders on ethical practices of the Institute.

Marketing Officer
The jobholder is responsible for coordination of the Institute’s marketing campaigns and activities related to revenue generating Units as guided by the corporate marketing strategy, plans and policy.
Main Responsibilities of the Jobs
Managerial/Supervisory/Operational Responsibilities or Roles
- Formulate and execute marketing plans in liaison with Unit Managers and other Functional Heads.
- Timely development, processing and dispatch of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters and cards to the user units.
- Generate live leads and make follow ups to be able to convert them into business
- Implement the Institute’s marketing plan at the user Unit to ensure total compliance
- Oversee creation of advertisement and marketing materials to promote KIM products
- Participate in evaluation of marketing activities to measure the effectiveness.
- Coordinate internal marketing activity schedules to avoid overlap and ensure proper planning and facilitation
- Lead implementation of Go-To market campaigns to reach the target market in a timely manner and ensure quicker return on investment (Rol).
- Prepare monthly marketing reports on all marketing activities that have been implemented and keep records of the
same - Prepare marketing budgets in consultation with Heads of Functions and Regional Managers
- Develop and implement plans aimed at strengthening relationships with the media organisations to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the KIM Brand.
I) Undertake marketing activities using digital platforms such as websites, Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google ad and provide social media performance monitoring reports to enhance planning for future -marketing activities.
