We are looking for an I.T Support Officer responsible for providing timely and professional support for all IT-related issues within the organization. This includes troubleshooting device connections, software problems, and wireless communication issues.
Responsibilities:
Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all support requests reported are well documented and tracked on issue tracking platform within the shift
2. Ensure all unresolved issues are escalated to the line manager within the agreed TAT
3. Basic support for issues relating to the general use of office equipment and networks which includes:
• Devices connection issues.
• Computer software issues (including Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, antivirus software, and other software in the company).
• Wireless Communication Issues.
• Inventory Maintenance.
4. Escalate issues unresolved to the Systems Admin/ Network Admin within the TAT specified.
5. All other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
Educational & Professional Requirements
• Internship, OND Computer Science or relevant certifications and training
