Job Title: Inventory Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Inventory Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of an organization’s inventory.
- Overseeing the procurement, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and implementing efficient inventory control processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseas the Engraving, Labeling & Tagging of Asset Identification Number on All Assets
- Monitors Company Inventory Management (Re-Order Level Monitoring)
- Conducts Asset Auditing & Reconciliation.
- Oversee the maintenance and management of a database for Assets Tracking & Monitoring
- Management of The Fixed Asset Register (Equipment Master List)
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (usually 2-3 years) in inventory management or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
