Qualifications

∙ Minimum of 3 Years relevant professional experience in a similar role.

∙ Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

∙ Computer literate, good working knowledge of MS Excel;

∙ Attention to detail and analytical skills

∙ Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills

∙ Self-Starter with the ability to work independently

∙ Ability to work under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive and efficient.

Job role

  • Assist in monitoring and Assessing Internal Controls.
  • Support in Auditing.
  • Assist in Compliance Monitoring.
  • Assist in documentation and reporting.
  • Ensure process Improvement is constantly done.
  • Assist in ensure employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities regarding internal controls
  • Help in monitoring transactions and operational activities to detect potential fraud or misconduct.
  • Assist in the drafting and updating of internal control policies and procedures in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with finance, operations, and other departments to ensure compliance with internal controls across the organization.
  • Facilitate the sharing of information between departments to enhance overall internal control practices.
