About the Role:
Reporting to the Manager – Infrastructure, the incumbent will work as part of the ICT Team to offer technical support to ICT Infrastructure related issues all over the bank, management of the ABC Bank Data Centre & DR Site, documentation of technical support procedures, network troubleshooting and configuration, server creations and monitoring of systems to maintain utmost system uptime.
