Job Title: Internal Auditor

Job Description
- Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls
- Develop, implement, and maintain best internal audit policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with local and international standards
- Manage resources and audit assignments
- Compile and implement the annual Internal Audit plan
- Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks
- Undertake internal audits to ensure the company meets its financial, operational, and compliance objectives
- Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
- Communicating with a variety of stakeholders across the Organisation
- Challenge current processes across the Organisation and identify opportunities for refinement
- Undertake risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes
- Prepare timely, accurate and complete reports on control deficiencies to management and /or Risk Committee and make recommendations to mitigate risk and add value
- Maintain open communication with Management and the Audit Committee
- Any other related tasks assigned by the management.
Job Specification
- Degree in Internal Auditing or Accounting
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in an internal audit environment.
