Job Description

As a Intern Videographer/Photographer at The Social Button, you will have the chance to work alongside our creative team to produce high-quality visual content for various social media platforms. This role is perfect for someone early in their career, eager to learn, and looking to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Content Creation: Capture and produce engaging video and photo content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Editing: Edit videos and photos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom, ensuring that the final product meets our quality standards and client expectations.
  • Branding Compliance: Work closely with our creative team to ensure that all visual content aligns with the client’s branding guidelines and overall marketing strategy.
  • Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and storyboards that tell compelling stories and showcase our clients’ brands effectively.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from pre-production planning through to post-production editing, ensuring timely delivery of all content.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including social media managers and content creators, to produce cohesive and impactful content.
  • Client Interaction: Occasionally communicate with clients to understand their vision and provide updates on the progress of their projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience: This is a junior role, ideal for those early in their career. We are looking for candidates with 0-3 years of experience in videography or photography. Please do not apply if you have over 10 years of experience.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your work in videography and/or photography is mandatory. Please do not apply if you do not have a portfolio.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Creative Vision: Strong understanding of composition, color, and lighting to create visually appealing content.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to follow branding guidelines and ensure consistency across all content.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with our team and clients.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation: Please note that this is an unpaid role, ideal for individuals looking to gain experience and build their portfolio.
