We specialize in providing functional and sophisticated solutions for commercial, corporate, and residential spaces, offering services from basic design concepts to complete turnkey solutions. Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role for an Interior Design Intern at Pulsaris Design. The Intern will be responsible for tasks such as space planning, communication with clients and team members, interior design concepts, and furniture selection. The role is located in Mombasa, with flexibility for some remote work and site work.

Duration: The internship will run for two months at the end of which time there is a possibility of employment.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Saturday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Qualifications

  • Passion for interior design and learning
  • Creativity
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and visual aesthetics
  • Ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work remotely and collaboratively
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or closely related field
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and proactive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc)
  • Experience with design software and tools (ArchiCAD, Sketchup etc)
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Interior Design or Architecture
