Role Description
The main purpose of the job is to handle all aspects of underwriting, claims and administration relating to personal lines & SMEs insurance business. The post requires a very pro-active approach, considerable effort and flexible working. As an Underwriting & Claims Officer, you will pro-actively ensure the services provided to the Clients is of high quality

Academic Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Marketing or related field required
- Possesses insurance professional qualifications – AIIK or ACII
- Over 2 years’ experience in customer experience
- Experience working with direct and indirect markets
