Role Description
Kweli.shop is looking for a dedicated Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. This hybrid role involves addressing customer enquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate product and service information through various channels. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with orders and requests, managing escalations, documenting interactions, and ensuring resolutions while gathering feedback to enhance customer experience. You’ll also provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and suggest process improvements, all while staying updated on our products and services. Additional tasks may be assigned to support the company’s dynamic needs.
