
International Centre for Reproductive Health Kenya (ICRHK) is a Kenya-based Non-Governmental organization. ICRHK conducts research and intervention projects in Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH). Some of the specific areas of focus for ICRHK include HIV/STI prevention and treatment, addressing Sexual and Gender-based violence (GBV), improving Maternal and Child Health, promoting Family Planning, and addressing the needs of Adolescents in terms of Sexual and Reproductive Health through research. ICRHK has partnered with LVCT Health to implement USAID STAWISHA project which focuses on improving access to high-quality HIV prevention and treatment services for Female Sex Workers (FSW), Male Sex Workers (MSW), and Transgender (TG) populations. The project operates through six Drop-In Centers (DIC) in Kilifi and Mombasa counties, providing comprehensive care, treatment, and prevention services to key populations. ICRHK is seeking to fill the below Human Resources for Health (HRH) in Mombasa and Kilifi County under the County salary scales for similar positions.
CLINICAL OFFICER / NURSE COUNSELLOR (JG H) – 6 Positions
Reporting to The Senior Program Officer, the Clinician/Nurse will provide clinical care and HIV testing services at the drop-in centres and/or perform research procedures. Responsible for providing quality, KP friendly, stigma- free clinical services all the clients at the Drop-in-center and during outreaches and ensure accurate documentation of clients’ records in various registers and health information platforms.
Requirements
- Formal education: CO, KRN, KRM, ECN
- Must be able to provide HIV testing services as per National Guidelines on HTS
- Training in HIV treatment services a must
- Experience in ART is desirable
- Experience working with key populations is desirable
- Experience working in research setting an added advantage
- Registration with relevant regulatory

Reporting to the Health Information Officer, the Health Information Technician will provide M&E support at DICE level including data entry into the electronic medical record (EMR) and any other project database, data back-ups, simple data analysis, clients tracking, DOA activities and periodical reporting.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Health Records, Information Technology or Computer related field
- Experience in HIV data management an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and work under pressure with minimum supervision

COMMUNITY HEALTH COORDINATOR (CHA – JG G) – 4 Positions
The Community Health Coordinator will be responsible for community coordination including, peer education/ peer outreaches, and coordinate peer educators for other activities. The Coordinator will strive to achieve project targets through various community-based approaches and distribution of PrEP and follow-up through peer educators.
Requirements:
- Formal Education: Secondary school level
- Experience in conducting Behaviour change communication and structural interventions for Key populations
- Training on peer education
- Preferable working experience in community health
- 3 years’ experience working with the Key Population (FSW, MSM & TG)
- Good communication skills, good inter-personal skills
- Fluent in English and Swahili
