Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support our People operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative support. If you are passionate about fostering a positive work environment and contributing to organizational growth, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding.

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, support conflict resolution, and promote a positive workplace culture.

Assist in performance evaluations, maintain performance records, and supporting managers in the process.

Support the creation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.

Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, ensuring smooth enrollment, tracking eligibility, and answering employee questions about benefits.

Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and ensure confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the tech industry.

Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle sensitive information with integrity.
