Human Resources Officer

Link2Care is a social enterprise based in Nairobi, Kenya, committed to advancing maternal healthcare in Kenya. We provide affordable, accessible, and high-quality ultrasound and point-of-care testing (POCT) services to underserved communities, ensuring that no mother is left behind.

We currently collaborate with 30+ health facilities across Nairobi, reaching over 500 expectant mothers in low-income communities with essential antenatal care services and health education. By combining innovation with compassion, we aim to close the maternal health gap and build healthier futures for mothers and their babies.

The Human Resources Officer will support our growing team by managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring a positive employee experience, and upholding compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. The position plays a vital role in nurturing an inclusive, mission-driven workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, interviews, onboarding, and orientation
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR databases
  • Coordinate staff welfare, performance reviews, and leave tracking
  • Support staff training, development, and team-building activities
  • Handle internal HR communication and assist in policy development
  • Support payroll administration in coordination with the finance team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in human resources, administration, or a related field

  • Familiarity with Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team
