Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Reports to: Human Resources Business Partner
Job Purpose
- Our client is looking to recruit a Human resource Officer.
- The ideal candidate will assist in implementing operational HR activities efficiently and effectively.
- The role supports people engagement strategies and initiatives across our client’s organization.
Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & People Development:
- Coordinate and support recruitment processes.
- Provide relevant performance reports to the Group Learning & Development team to support employee growth and retention.
- Organize internal training programs, learning sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Employee Relations:
- Assist in managing employee-related programs such as job rotation, job shadowing, and internal transfers.
- Support the implementation of people engagement initiatives across the company’s locations.
Performance Management:
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure alignment with company objectives and the Group Performance Management Philosophy.
- Promote awareness and compliance with performance management systems and processes.
Process Management & Reporting:
- Collaborate with Group HR to update employee records and align HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and quality management systems.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly HR reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling HR matters.
- Assist in preparing for disciplinary and grievance hearings and addressing day-to-day disciplinary issues.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration and performance management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential records.
- Process-oriented with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
