Role Description / Responsibilities
Today we seek an HR Manager who is able to expand our winning team. At this moment we employ 120 bright and talented individuals. The HR Manager is responsible for attracting, growing, and retaining our key talent. You will work directly with the directors of the company to implement people strategies. You are not afraid to stand up to the directors and managers of the teams.
You talk to the teams on the ground and signal issues or potential to improve the spirit in the company. You are responsible for the administration and documentation of all contracts and payroll. You identify areas where we should hire to expand the business. You are a people person, but you never lose track of the company’s financial goals. You are a master at having difficult conversations.
The main responsibility areas are:
- Being a trusted person in the company
- Recruit and onboard new hires
- Coordinate performance management process and provide feedback
- Manage payroll, benefits and incentive schemes for employees
- Manage training and coaching programs
- Coordinating insurance and pensions
- Organizing staff entertainment and events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Necessary HR licenses – or in process to get there
- 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
- Experience in scaling fast-growing companies
- Strong recruiting expertise
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Pragmatic and analytical (no-nonsense)
