Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Requirement & Skills

  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and/or
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
  • A Member of IHRM in good standing
  • Proven Managerial experience with at least 5 years-experience in a 4/5 Star Hotel.
  • Strong background in Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition & Retention, Compensations & Benefits, Employment Law and Compliance.
  • Excellence in Administration, Payroll & HR Systems
  • Great interpersonal skills with excellent analytical problem solving and communications skills.
  • A people’s person
