Role Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic tech company while contributing to our HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

– Support HR management and policy development initiatives

– Assist in administering and overseeing employee benefits programs

– Help with personnel management tasks and documentation

– Contribute to HR process improvements

– Collaborate with team members both in-office and remotely

Required Qualifications

– Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

– Strong foundation in HR principles and practices

– Excellent organizational and communication skills

– Basic understanding of Kenyan & Nigerian labor laws

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

– Previous HR internship experience

– Familiarity with HR software and tools

– Knowledge of best practices in employee benefits administration

– Experience in policy development or documentation
