
Kenyans.co.ke is the leading digital media company dedicated to delivering the latest news, in-depth analysis, and compelling stories that matter to Kenyans. We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Change Management Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement change management strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across the organisation to build support for change initiatives and ensure their concerns and feedback are addressed.
- Identify potential risks and resistance related to change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Design and deliver training programmes that equip employees with the skills and knowledge required to adapt to new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
- Provide coaching and support to employees, managers and teams to help them navigate the challenges of organisational change.
- Track the progress of change initiatives, collect feedback and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure all change management activities comply with organisational policies, employment laws and best practices.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to change across the organisation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development or a related field.
- At least 3 years experience in a HR role with a focus on change management, organisational development or similar.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in developing and delivering training and development programmes.
- Ability to analyse data and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Professional certification (eg CHRP, CIPD, Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
