JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team. The HR Assistant will provide valuable support to the Human Resources department in a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level HR professional to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee records, including personnel files, benefit enrollment forms, and other relevant documentation.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Provide support with employee relations activities, including answering employee inquiries, resolving minor issues, and assisting with employee events.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in an HR role (preferred, but not required).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS systems (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
