JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team. The HR Assistant will provide valuable support to the Human Resources department in a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level HR professional to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records, including personnel files, benefit enrollment forms, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Provide support with employee relations activities, including answering employee inquiries, resolving minor issues, and assisting with employee events.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an HR role (preferred, but not required).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS systems (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
